Welcome to The Snail Mail Club!

By subscribing to or purchasing from The Snail Mail Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions run from the 1st to the 25th of each month. Orders placed on or before the 25th will be shipped by the end of that same month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s mailing.

2. Shipping

Shipping is free for all members. All letters are sent with a non-trackable international stamp. Delivery times vary depending on location and may take up to 30 business days. Please note that we cannot provide tracking updates once the letter has been shipped.

3. Refunds and Returns

We do not accept refunds or returns. However, if your letter arrives damaged or missing, please contact us at asnailmailclub@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content from The Snail Mail Club are for personal enjoyment only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Snail Mail Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
